Welcome to the TurmeriX Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By registering as an affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before enrolling or promoting our products.

1. About TurmeriX

TurmeriX is an Australian-owned brand offering a natural blend of turmeric-based supplements designed to support general health and wellbeing. We value integrity, transparency, and authentic partnerships. We expect the same from our affiliates.

2. Eligibility for Participation

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid ABN or operate under a legal sole trader or business entity (if in Australia)
• Own or operate a legitimate marketing channel such as a blog, website, or social media platform
• Provide accurate, up-to-date contact and payment information
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of a TurmeriX employee

TurmeriX reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its sole discretion, and to remove affiliates at any time for breach of terms or misconduct.

3. Prohibited Practices

3.1 Self-Referrals and Self-Purchases

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using their own affiliate links to make purchases for themselves, their household, or any entity under their control. This includes:

• Placing orders using your own affiliate link
• Using false identities or duplicate accounts to simulate referral activity

Violations will result in immediate disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, and potential legal action if fraud is involved.

3.2 Unethical Marketing

• Make false, misleading, or unapproved health claims about TurmeriX products
• Use spam tactics, unsolicited emails, or deceptive clickbait
• Promote through coupon sites or use unauthorised discounts
• Bid on TurmeriX-branded keywords in paid advertising
• Post affiliate links on platforms that promote hate, violence, adult content, or illegal activities

4. Commissions & Payments

4.1 Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a commission on approved sales generated via their unique referral link. The commission rate is outlined upon acceptance into the Program and may vary based on performance or campaign terms.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly after a 30-day validation period
• Payments are made via the selected payment method
• A minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., AUD $50)

4.3 Invalid Commissions

TurmeriX reserves the right to reverse commissions due to:

• Cancelled or refunded orders
• Fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious transactions
• Breach of Program Terms

5. Branding & Representation

Affiliates may only use official TurmeriX logos, images, and copy provided or approved by TurmeriX. Any unauthorised or modified branding may result in termination.

You agree to present TurmeriX truthfully and avoid any health claims that are not backed by official product documentation or TGA-approved statements.

6. Termination

TurmeriX may terminate your participation in the Program at any time:

• Without cause by providing written notice
• Immediately and without notice in the event of policy violation, fraud, or brand damage

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions will be void if they are associated with a breach.

7. Limitation of Liability

TurmeriX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages, including loss of revenue or data. Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to Terms

TurmeriX reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or dashboard notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
