TurmeriX SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the TurmeriX Pty Ltd (ABN 84 616 022 952) SMS marketing program.

Program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from TurmeriX (for example, product news, offers and reminders) at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages, or by emailing sales@buyturmerix.com. Our messages are sent from a branded sender that cannot receive replies, so replying to a text will not unsubscribe you.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and the account holder of, or authorised to use, the number you provide.

Delivery. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time, with updates posted on this page.
