GENTLE START DOSE: (For people with digestive issues ... e.g sensitive tummy or indigestion,

Take ¼ to ½ a metric teaspoon in the morning with breakfast or in a non-dairy based yoghurt. (Always take with or after food). Do this for the first 2-3 days. How do I take the powder?

Here are some tips for you!

• Mix with warm or cold water (eg. apple/orange)
• Mix with fresh juice of choice
• Mix into 2 tablespoons of yoghurt (non dairy)
• Mix in warm or cold milk of choice (non dairy)
• Mix in ice-cream
• Add into a smoothie (banana, berry or protein)
• Add to coffee or tea
