Ingredients
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ¼ avocado
Juice and zest of 2 unwaxed lemons 1 garlic glove minced
1 tsp TurmeriX 1 tsp honey
Pinch of sea salt to taste
Method
Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender. If you prefer a thicker consistency you can add more avocado.
