Delivery & Delivery Delays

**Update**

Queensland and NSW services affected by extreme weather conditions

Australia Post have now implemented Authority to Leave for all orders, ensuring there is no physical contact during the delivery process.

Due to increased demand for Australia Post delivery services and COVID-19 restrictions, there are currently delays being experienced across their network Australia-wide. Under normal circumstances, you would have access to notifications with up-to-date tracking of your parcel as it leaves our warehouse, is processed by Australia Post and is then on board for delivery. However, at present, up-to-date tracking of your item has been impacted and may not be available as parcels are not always being scanned at each point. As a result, please expect a longer than usual timeframe for delivery. Please note, large orders comprising of two or more parcels can be separated in transit, and as such may arrive on different days.

To sum up:

  • Your order will be dispatched ASAP
  • Longer than usual delivery times are being experienced due to increased demand for Australia Post services
  • Parcels may be separated in transit and arrive on different days
  • Australia Post are not providing up to date scans of your parcel during transit and there are some delivery delays. We are working with our delivery partner to ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible.

We thank you for your patience at this time.
