4 cups water – cold with ice, filtered, fizzy or warm (not too hot – over 80˚ will reduce the effect benefits of the TurmeriX) – the choice is yours,

½ - 1 teaspoon TurmeriX 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger 2 tablespoons raw honey – or stevia ¼ cup lemon juice ¼ cup orange juice – optional Method
  1. Melt honey and steep fresh ginger in a little hot water. If you want you can filter the ginger bits out before going on to step 2.
  2. Add rest of ingredients and mix.
  3. Sit back and enjoy!
