TurmeriX Powder Instructions For Use

Mix your TurmeriX with a liquid or food of your choice. You can add it to fruit juice, coconut water, milk, yoghurt, smoothies or whatever liquid or food you prefer.


(For people with digestive issues e.g. Stomach or bowel sensitivities e.g. reflux or IBS, Crohn’s or Colitis etc).

Take ¼ to ½ a teaspoon in the morning with breakfast or preferably in a non dairy yoghurt (yoghurt is a digestive protector).  Do this for the first 2 – 3 days. Increase to taking a set ½ teaspoon in the morning and night for approximately 1 week. Then increase to 1 softly rounded teaspoon morning and night until you experience results where you feel great, then decrease to just 1 teaspoon per day which is what we call the maintenance serve (maintaining good health. If at any time, you have an adverse stomach or bowel reaction then simply reduce the amount and start slowly again).


To maintain good health and to help with the prevention of illness and disease.

1 softly rounded teaspoon per day mixed with your favourite liquid or food (choose from the above examples at the top of the page).


Take 1 softly rounded teaspoon both morning and night until you experience results (This can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks). Once you feel well, with pain and discomfort significantly reduced or better still…. gone all together, then return back to the Maintenance Serve of just 1 teaspoon a day. (Any day you feel not quite right then you can always take an extra serve).


If you experience pain levels out of 10 that are greater that are 5 or above, then this is where you need to start. Take 3 softly rounded teaspoons per day. 1 teaspoon in the morning… 1 teaspoon mid afternoon… and 1 teaspoon before going to bed until you make a significant difference in your condition. (If pain disturbs your sleep during the night, then take a 4th serve). Depending on your particular condition, your daily serve may need to be maintained at two serves a day.

TurmeriX Chai Latte Recipe

Heat a large cup of  Almond or Coconut Milk.

Add 2 teaspoons of Chai Tea (recommend Grounded Pleasures Chai). 1 level teaspoon TurmeriX……ENJOY!!!
